DUNNAGE AND PACKAGING MANAGEMENT

Better utilize your on site warehouse space by allowing Mansfield Warehousing
and Distribution to deliver your processed dunnage or other packaging material
(i.e. corrugated) exactly when you need it for production.

Upon receipt of empty dunnage from your customer or packaging material from
your supplier, a trained and experienced team will:

• Inspect and count the receipt on your behalf
  
• Separate the dunnage
  
• Clean and wash the dunnage as determined by your limit sample
  
• Warehouse the dunnage or packaging material
  
• Maintain a perpetual inventory
  
• Cycle count the inventory
  
• Modify the original dunnage design when requested
  
• Preassemble the packaging material
  
• Reorder packaging material based on a minimum on hand as defined
  by your company
  
• Deliver the dunnage or packaging material to your facility on a just in time basis
